Room, staff, location

The overrall aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was prompt and food was delicious!

The curtain in my room that surrounded the tub was dirty at the bottom so it looked like it was not changed.

Amazing hotel, excellent location & the staff went above and beyond for us, will definitely be back on our return to Dubai.

Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty. In addition, the TV was not working, and although room service was informed, no follow-up or assistance was provided. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet expectations.

I liked the Location its near the Airport.

The Price was too much and the room was not clean, some places dusty and the toilet has strong food smell and its not clean overall.

Comfortable room for family, good breakfast and specially terrace lounge

The lobby entrance is quite uncomfortable, you have to go to basement and then again via lift to lobby.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location was also convenient.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and the stay was enjoyable.

It is not 5 stars as advocated, staffs say because no renovation for last 13 years

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel.The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was incredibly clean and modern. A huge shoutout to the staff “Mahmoud A. Zaher who made check-in so easy. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The location was perfect for our plans. I'm glad we didn’t stay where the traffic was terrible. However, bad traffic was unavoidable regardless.

Someone nicely summarized it on Google. The facility was decorated really well, and although there were just a few small things, it was generally okay. The bidet wasn't very clean, so I had to ask for it to be cleaned. I heard that every hotel charges an extra fee for early check-in, but I usually check, and that wasn't true. They initially tried to charge us €80 for early check-in, in early. On a positive note, the spa was wonderful, and the rooftop pool was quite enjoyable.

Almost nothing . Not a good experience at all .

1 - the furniture is very old .. 2- not clean , i opened the path water surprised it is not opened from weeks 3 - the TV is very hard to connect4- the towels shower was very damaged 5- i called the reception many times for any request 6- the house keeping service is not good

you should choose this hotel if have work to do in this neighberhood or nearby

Some teens needs Major overhauls..

Staff at the reception (B1) were super helpful and willing to go extra mile just to help. Big ups to them.

Room was not clean when we arrive, and during our stay, housekeepers don’t clean up the room. At night the area is noisy because of the clubs.
